4. Acceptable Use

  • Share credentials or allow multiple simultaneous streams beyond plan limits.
  • Use for commercial purposes, reselling, or public viewing.
  • Circumvent geo-restrictions or use in violation of laws.
  • Overload servers or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, playlists, and software remain our property or licensed third parties. No transfer of rights to you.

6. Third-Party Services

Use of third-party apps (e.g., IPTV Smarters, VLC) or payment gateways is at your risk. We are not liable for them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including uninterrupted access or error-free streams. Streaming quality depends on your internet/device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
