What devices work with Max Streaming IPTV?

Most popular devices work: Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and Android boxes, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Windows and Mac. See the Devices page for setup notes.

What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?

All three give you live TV and on-demand content. Gold adds higher-quality streams and extra packages, and Platinum adds our most stable server group, premium quality and the fastest support priority.

How many devices can I use at the same time?

You choose 1, 2 or 3 devices when you order. Extra devices cost less per device, so you save more the more you add.

How fast is setup after I order?

We send your login details on WhatsApp, usually within minutes during support hours. We can also guide you through the player app step by step.

What internet speed do I need?

As a guide, about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K on each device streaming at the same time. A wired connection or good Wi-Fi signal helps a lot.

How do I fix buffering?

Restart your router and device, move closer to the router or use a cable, close other heavy downloads, and update the player app. Our Guide page lists every step. If it continues, message us on WhatsApp.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We confirm available payment methods on WhatsApp when you place your order, so you always get the current options.

How does the reseller program work?

You buy a credit pack of 100, 300 or 500 credits. One credit equals one month for one device, and 10 credits equal one year. You then activate your own customers from your credits.

Is IPTV legal?

IPTV technology is legal, but rules about content differ by country. Please make sure your use of any service follows the laws where you live.

Where can I buy an IPTV subscription?

Choose a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp. We confirm payment options with you and send your login details so you can start watching.

How much does an IPTV subscription cost?

Plans start from £9.99 for one month on one device. Three, six and twelve month plans cost less per month, and 2 or 3 devices cost less per device. The pricing page lists every price.

Does IPTV work on Firestick?

Yes. Install a player app on your Fire TV or Firestick, enter the login we send you and start watching. The devices page has the full steps.

Can I use IPTV on a Samsung or LG Smart TV?

Yes. Many Samsung and LG Smart TVs can install an IPTV player from their app store. If yours cannot, a Firestick or Android TV box is a low-cost alternative.

Does IPTV work in the USA, Canada and Australia?

Yes. Setup is the same anywhere with a good internet connection. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm your device and choose a plan.

Can I upgrade from Silver to Gold or Platinum later?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you move to a higher service.

How is IPTV different from cable or satellite TV?
