At Max Streaming IPTV, we strive to provide the best streaming experience. Due to the digital nature of our IPTV subscriptions (immediate delivery of credentials via email), our refund policy is limited.

General Policy

  • All subscriptions are digital products with instant activation upon successful payment.
  • Once your account credentials (username, password, M3U link, or playlist) are delivered and access is granted, subscriptions are non-refundable except in specific cases outlined below.
  • We offer a free trial on select plans — use it to test compatibility before purchasing a paid subscription.

Eligible Refunds

  • Refunds may be considered only within 24 hours of purchase (or 72 hours max for first-time buyers) if:
    • The service fails to work entirely (e.g., no channels load despite proper setup).
    • We are unable to resolve the issue after support assistance.
  • Requests must include your order ID/transaction proof and detailed description of the problem.
  • Refunds processed to original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after activation.
  • User-side issues (internet speed, device compatibility, VPN conflicts, geo-restrictions not related to our service).
  • Account suspension/termination due to abuse, sharing, or violation of terms.
  • Partial usage (e.g., watched some content then requested refund).
  • Renewals or extended subscriptions.
  • Sale/discounted plans (no refunds on promotional offers).
